Deriving its name from the scale of model, Project 1/6 is Medicom's brick-and-mortar location in Tokyo. Out of place in the Dogenzaka area, Project 1/6 is further along the street from Bunkamura, with little else in the immediate area.
The shop is small, but for vinyl figurine collectors, this is a must visit. Individual display cases line the store's walls, which house the limited edition and the larger figurines. Staff are readily available to assist, due to the strangely high number of employees for such a small space.
For any of the larger figurines, expect to pay a few hundred dollars, but for those that don't have a large budget to play with, smaller figurines (such as the company's Kubrick and Be@rbrick line) are available for a few dollars.
